Pre-Enrollment Application
Instructions:
New Families
Please select your employer and navigate to the bottom and select 'Pre-enrollment new family' & follow the prompts. There are two steps to the enrollment application:
- Fill out your application
- Your employer will receive your proof of employment form electronically
Your application is incomplete until you and your employer have completed both forms. Once both forms are completed, the enrollment office will officially receive your application.
Current VCS families applying for new students (No changes with current employment)
- Please select your employer
- Navigate to the bottom and select current VCS applying for a new student/ login to your PI follow the prompts.
Current VCS families Changing Employment / Changing Qualifying Parent
- Please select your employer
- Navigate to the bottom and select current VCS applying for a new student/ login to your PI follow the prompts.
* Parents who are wanting to enroll their 1-year-old to 4 years old -
It is not mandatory to have qualifying employment (although having qualifying employment gives your child priority).
If you do not have qualifying employment, please stop by the Admissions Office or the front office of The ECC/LBLC and pick up a
paper application. Printable applications are also available to print from our website.

By completing this form, I authorize and direct my current employer or any employer by whom I was employed during the period my student was enrolled at The Autism Center, The Villages Early Childhood Center, The Villages Charter Elementary School, The Villages Charter Middle School, or The Villages High School to complete and execute proof(s) of employment in the form(s) provided by The Villages Charter School and to release any and all information requested to The Villages Charter School including, but not limited to, wages earned, period of employment, work schedules, payroll taxes paid or deducted, or information relating to state or federal taxes, fees or charges resulting from my employment with my employer.
